Technology Transfer Manager - Azienda Multinazionale API|technology transfer projects - APIAbout Our ClientOur client, an important multinational company dedicated to the development, production and supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients, is looking for a Technology Transfer Manager. Job Description Job Description: Technology transfer manager who is responsible for rolling out strategic projects of the site, accountable for reaching all objectives tied to the projects. He/she will support the Industrial Product Leader in rolling out mid and long term strategy thanks to the projects execution. The person will be responsible for operational project management at site level, including the representation of the projects in front of the customer if needed, coordinating resources across the site to deliver projects on time, within budget and in the expected profitability set, with the targeted level of quality. Travel could be requested.Specific Responsibilities: Preparation of technical feasibility package with complete business case (including investment, planning, cost estimation), help to identify and assess risks or issues, for process improvement, new product introduction, business continuity plan.Ensure consistency and synchronization with IPL and corporate functions, identify trendsetter and sustainable ideas by researching industry and related publications, applications of guidelines and the respect of fundamentals;Manage technology transfer projects, being accountable for process transfer, gap analysis, reaching the objectives assigned to the projects in terms of costs (recurrent and non recurrent costs), schedule, performances including quality. He/She has the duty to deliver the expected financial performance of the projects after the go live. Define and monitor KPI of the project and report, establish a project governance and technology tranfer gate review methodology in consistency with the program management level. Manage and federate the project team members, manage and arbitrate risks and opportunities of the project on a frequent basis, establish the documentation and the project deliverables, ensure that activities meet regulatory constraints. Implement the rituals with the project team and the reporting steering committee internally and with the customer (and suppliers if needed), Organize problem solving for major issues and delegate to workpackage managers, Communicate to stakeholders outside the project team to inform on the progress of projects.The Successful ApplicantIdeal Candidate Possesses:Master Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or equivalentScientific background (5+ years) with relevant pharmaceutical/chemistry/biotechnology (or equivalent) educationFlexible, structured and results oriented, able to get an holistic view of projectsExperience of at least 3 years in managing and coordinating projectsUnderstanding of Pharmaceutical regulations/ICH guidelinesBusiness & commercial acumenStakeholder management skills are also essentialA sound financial culture to manageStrong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional, international teamStrong communication skills, reporting and presentation in fluent EnglishWhat's on OfferGreat opportunityContact: Leonardo Giovanditti Quote job ref: JN-072023-6125410 |
